2. Services Overview

We provide digital marketing, automation, and business support services, including but not limited to:

  • Paid advertising (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
  • Social media management
  • Email & SMS marketing
  • AI-powered content creation
  • Funnels, templates, and digital systems

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payments, Fees & Billing

  • All payments must be made in full or according to agreed payment terms.
  • A $50 late fee will be applied to any invoice not paid within 10 days of the due date.
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for unpaid balances.
  • Clients are responsible for all payment processing fees where applicable.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

The Right Click Agency does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products
  • Service retainers
  • Consulting or strategy sessions
  • Custom builds or automation systems

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Early termination of any agreement will result in a $250 early cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable.

6. Subscription & Membership Terms

For any recurring services, software, or memberships (including CRM systems, AI tools, or digital libraries):

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel at any time; however:
    • Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
    • No prorated refunds will be issued.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Digital Products & Licensing

All digital products (including templates, AI prompt libraries, snapshots, courses, and downloads) are protected by intellectual property laws.

By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use only.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense products (unless explicitly stated, such as MRR products)
  • Share login access or files with unauthorized users
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the materials

Violation of this section may result in legal action.

8. Service Timelines & Communication

We operate under structured response timelines:

  • Emergency: 1–3 hours
  • Critical: within 48 hours
  • Important: within 3 business days
  • Routine: 5–7 business days

All requests must be submitted via email or designated communication channels.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and required assets
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner
  • Maintain access to necessary platforms (website, social media, CRM, etc.)

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and outcomes.

10. Advertising & Results Disclaimer

The Right Click Agency does not guarantee specific results.

You acknowledge that:

  • Marketing outcomes vary based on industry, budget, timing, and external factors
  • Ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) operate independently and may change algorithms, pricing, or policies
  • We are not responsible for fluctuations in performance, lead quality, or return on investment

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, not a guaranteed outcome.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any product or service, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue
  • That all sales are final and clearly stated as non-refundable

In the event of a chargeback:

  • You will be responsible for the full disputed amount plus any associated fees
  • Access to services and products will be immediately revoked
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action or collections if necessary

12. Intellectual Property

  • All materials remain the property of The Right Click Agency until full payment is received
  • Upon payment, clients receive a limited license for use
  • We reserve the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

All services are provided “as is” without warranties.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Right Click Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
